At the Market


Oerlikon

Parsnips, 500 g
Carrots, 2 kg
Onions, 500 g
Curly Kale, 1 kg
Brussel Sprouts, 1 kg
Rubinette Apples, 3 kg
Abate Pears, 1 kg

The hard freeze that we've had this week meant that own-grown dark greens were in short supply. No winter spinach, chard, or cavalo nero, all of which can be found but imported from Italy.
